What About Buyer's Agents?
Our commission rates are based on a 1% listing commission paid to us as the listing brokerage and Buyer's agents commissions are separate. Ultimately you have the freedom to offer whatever you want as a cooperating commission to a buyer's agent. Part of our Honest Home Valuation policy is to review your local area and make a recommendation based on the local market. Exclusive to SellerInvite you also have he freedom to sell by owner and deal with unrepresented buyers directly, ask us more about this program!
When Do I Have To Pay?
Just like traditional real estate brokerages our commissions are from the proceeds of sale. Meaning you pay our fees when we successfully sell your home!
What if I Want A More Customized Program?
Great question! Our business model is about providing sellers freedom and choice and we are not restricted to any one fee model. Should you want or require more comprehensive online marketing, video tours, or 3D tours we have options for that too. Ask me about our Professional Plus package (which still provides thousands of dollars of savings, by the way!).
Are There Any Restrictions?
We strive to keep ourselves as "asterisk free" as possible! Almost all homes are elligible for our 1% listing commission. For homes and condos under $300,000 we charge a flat dollar amount, which still offers around 40-50% savings from a traditional fee structure listing commission. Our fee options may vary in some regions.
What If I Have Questions Or Need Support?
I'll be there to guide you every step of the way just like any other agent. I would be your agent and represent you as the seller. I make myself available 7 days a week for support. No need to call a "1-800" phone number for questions! You will also receive periodic updates about the changing market conditions in your area, making sure you stay informed on new sales and new listings.
